SMMRadar is an independent service provider and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, or any other social media platform.

03 / your account

Account registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity on your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

SMMRadar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

Service usage

By using SMMRadar, you agree that:

  • You won't use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • You won't submit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • You won't distribute harmful, abusive, hateful, misleading, or unlawful content.

SMMRadar strives to deliver all orders promptly and accurately. However:

  • Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
  • Service speed may vary with platform conditions, supplier availability, and technical factors.
  • We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
  • Orders may be delayed, canceled, or adjusted if technical issues arise.

No specific marketing, engagement, or business results are guaranteed.

Public profiles requirement

Many services require the target profile, account, page, post, or channel to stay publicly accessible throughout delivery.

If the target becomes private, restricted, deleted, renamed, or suspended, the order may fail, stop, or become ineligible for refunds or guarantees.

No guarantee of results

While SMMRadar aims to provide high-quality services, we don't guarantee:

  • Increased revenue or sales.
  • Long-term follower retention.
  • Permanent engagement metrics.
  • Improved search rankings.
  • Organic audience growth.
  • Platform algorithm advantages.

Results may vary based on content quality, audience behavior, platform updates, and other external factors.

08 / refunds Case-by-case

Refund policy

By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

  • Completed orders are non-refundable.
  • Orders submitted with incorrect information aren't eligible for refunds.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a service can't be delivered, SMMRadar may issue a refund to your account balance or original payment method at its discretion.

Payments

  • Price changes won't affect orders already completed or currently in progress.

Intellectual property

All website content, logos, graphics, software, trademarks, text, and related materials are the exclusive property of SMMRadar or its licensors.

Without prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or republish any portion of the platform.

13 / liability As-is service

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMMRadar isn't liable for:

  • Loss of profits.
  • Business interruption.
  • Data loss.
  • Account suspensions by third-party platforms.
  • Loss of followers, likes, views, or engagement.
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMMRadar, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.
  • Your violation of these terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Account suspension and termination

SMMRadar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice if users:
