If an order can't be completed in full, the value of the undelivered portion is credited back to your account balance — this is the only refund that happens automatically by formula. Everything else below depends on order status and circumstances.

01 / overview

General refund policy

Because our services are digital, refunds depend on order status. Once a service has been delivered or has started processing, refunds may no longer be available.

SMMRadar reviews each request individually and reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the circumstances of the order.

02 / account balance Conditions apply

Account balance refunds

Unused balance can be refunded if all of the following hold:

  • The request comes from the account owner.
  • Identity verification may be required first.
  • Refunds return to the original payment method when possible.
  • Payment gateway fees may be deducted.
  • Processing time varies by payment provider.

Funds already spent on orders don't count as unused balance.

03 / cancellations

Order cancellations

Can cancel

Cancel and get a balance credit if:

  • Order status is still Pending.
  • Processing hasn't started yet.
  • The service is unavailable or can't be delivered.
Can't cancel

Cancellation is no longer possible once:

  • Status is Processing, In Progress, or Completed.
  • Delivery has already begun.
  • The provider doesn't allow cancellation mid-process.

Partial delivery refunds

If an order can't finish completely, the undelivered portion is credited back to your account balance — exactly as shown in the calculator above.

05 / no refund No refund

Non-refundable situations

  • The order was fully delivered.
  • You provided an incorrect username, URL, or account detail.
  • The target account or post was changed, deleted, restricted, renamed, or made private mid-delivery.
  • Delays were caused by platform-side updates or restrictions.
  • Dissatisfaction is based on preference after a successful delivery.
  • You simply changed your mind after ordering.
  • The order violated SMMRadar's Terms of Service.
06 / guarantees Depends on service

Refill and service guarantees

  • Refill requests must be made within the stated warranty window.
  • Eligibility depends on that specific service's description.
  • Services without a refill guarantee aren't replaced after delivery.

If a refill can't be provided, SMMRadar may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund to your balance.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Reach out to SMMRadar support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute and give us a chance to resolve it.

Filing a chargeback first may lead to:

  • Account suspension
  • Order cancellation
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restriction from future use of SMMRadar

Fraudulent disputes are contested with evidence of delivery.

10 / fair use Account risk

Abuse of refund policy

Refund requests may be denied and accounts suspended for repeated refund abuse, false claims, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment activity, or manipulation of service delivery. Any attempt to exploit the refund system can result in immediate termination.

Policy changes

This policy can be updated at any time without notice. Changes take effect as soon as they're published here. Continuing to use SMMRadar means you accept the current version.
